#1. Kuchnia.
Oto przepis na ciekawe i jednocześnie intrygujące danie:
- kluski śląskie, jak sama nazwa wskazuje - śląskie,
- pesto czyli danie kuchni włoskiej - bazylia, oliwa i jakieś orzechy do smaku,
- suszone pomidory czyli coś co się kojarzy z Marokiem, z miastem Fez lub Marakesz - ale ten prawie słoiczek norweska firma wyprodukowała we Włoszech.
Podgrzać na oliwie, wymieszać, podawać na śniadanie lub obiad.
Do tego na deser Staropolanka z sokiem malinowym w ilości 500ml.
#2. Film.
Wieczorny film na TVP Kultura - "Tam i z powrotem" z Gajosem w towarzystwie kilku młodszych aktorów. Nie wiem na ile podkręcili historyczność postaci ale całość robi wrażenie.
#3. Muzyka.
W sobotniej Akademii Jana Sebastiana (PR2, sobota 17.oo) w jednym kawałku odtworzono II partitę na skrzypce solo poprzedzielaną pięknymi chorałami - robi wrażenie, ale nie wiem kto na taki pomysł wpadł i to wykonał. Na serwisie WWW radia cisza. Piszę list do Piotra Orawskiego - ciekawe czy odpisze.
#4. Przemyślenia.
List (a właściwie długi SMS) od Pawła zrobił wrażenie. Noc po nim jest trudna, ale w bliskości Boga wiele rzeczy staje się łatwiejsze przez co można je zaliczyć do wrażeń pozytywnych i przyjemnych. Bądź błogosławiony Panie, Stwórco wszechświata, który sprawiłeś że nasz czas pielgrzymowania na ziemi jest ograniczony, a przez to ograniczone są nasze ziemskie dylematy. Jak bardzo chciałbym już z Tobą być i tych dylematów nie mieć. A może tylko tak mi się wydaje - wszak o te dylematy stale zabiegam.
#5. Odkrycia.
Kot śpiący z człowiekiem na jednej poduszce w nocy mruczy. Jest to nawet przyjemne.
"Gen C" (Generation C – content, community, co-creation, control) czyli coś niby nowego, co już jest i daje się opisać ale jeszcze nie do końca wiadomo co z tego będzie. Bać się? Płakać? Wchodzące Pokolenie X jakoś przeżyłem.

In 1994, explains the booklet that accompanies Morimur, Professor Helga Thoene made the surprising discovery that the monumental "Ciaccona" from Bach's Partita in D minor for solo violin was built around various chorale themes hidden in the music. From the texts of these "secret" chorales and other symbolic musical devices, she deduced that the "Ciaccona" was an epitaph for Bach's wife, Maria Barbara. The revelation might have remained an intriguing (and touching) footnote to Bach scholarship if baroque violinist Christoph Poppen hadn't had the bright idea of taking Professor Thoene's discovery off the library shelves and placing it triumphantly in the concert hall. On this disc, his performance of all five movements of the whole Partita (BWV 1004) is interspersed with the various chorales hidden inside the "Ciaccona," sung with breathtaking precision by the Hilliard Ensemble. The double whammy comes at the end when the "Ciaccona" is performed again, this time with the singers bringing out the secret melodies. Poppen's playing is excellent, both sweet-toned and vibrant, while the Hilliards have never sounded better: the combination of the two is spine-tingling. It is as if Maria Barbara's proper epitaph has finally been realized, and a moving and wonderfully stimulating recording created in the process. --Warwick Thompson
